Founder, GardHouse | Charlotte, North Carolina

Jonathan Gardner created the Charlotte-based GardHouse in 2019 to establish paid internship opportunities at small businesses and nonprofits for Black and Brown college students. The organization also provides candidates with career coaching and development workshops. Funders of the program, which has raised more than $840,000, include Wells Fargo, Bank of America and United Way.
