ACCESSING TOP TALENT
GardHouse’s Emerging Employer Partnership Program helps eligible organizations access talented college interns at no cost to the employer. Through this initiative, GardHouse provides one fully subsidized intern to qualifying businesses and nonprofits with annual revenues below $500,000.
The program is designed to help organizations increase operational capacity while creating meaningful paid work experiences for underserved college students across Charlotte.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Organizations complete the Subsidized Employer Partnership application to determine eligibility and organizational fit.
Discovery Meeting & Planning
GardHouse meets with selected organizations to discuss operational needs, internship goals, and project opportunities.
Candidate Matching
GardHouse recruits and recommends student candidates aligned with the organization’s needs and work environment.
Internship Launch
Interns begin their semester-long internship experience with ongoing support from GardHouse throughout the program.
